Namet Ethiopian Coffee is sourced directly from Ethiopia and roasted in small batches in Kitchener, Ontario. We combine traditional Ethiopian coffee knowledge with modern roasting techniques to preserve the unique flavours of each region.

All of our coffee is stored and freshly roasted at KW Coffee Collective in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada, a professional facility with advanced technical expertise to ensure every bag delivers premium freshness and quality.

Currently, we only deliver within Ontario. However, as part of our growth plans, our goal is to expand and make Namet Ethiopian Coffee available across all of Canada. All orders are freshly roasted to ensure the highest quality and flavour upon delivery.

We are delivering freshly roasted coffee, and shipments will be twice a week on Tuesday and Friday. Cut-off time for orders is Monday and Thursday at 3 PM (EST). As you process the purchase online, the system will provide the estimated arrival time. We are using Canada Post to ensure delivery as early as possible.

Absolutely! If you live in the GTA, use private labelling, and your minimum order is 5kg, Namet Coffee Inc. will cover the shipping cost.

Absolutely! If you live in Toronto, Mississauga, Oakville, or Kitchener, and your order is over $85, the shipping fee will be free.

Yes! We provide private-label coffee solutions for cafés, businesses, organizations, and brands. You can offer high-quality Ethiopian coffee under your own brand while maintaining the authentic taste and origin of the beans. Wholesale options are also available for cafés, grocery stores, and other businesses.

To maintain freshness, zip it after each use and keep it at room temperature, away from sunlight. For the best taste, grind your coffee just before brewing.

with you to resolve the issue promptly, including replacements or refunds when
appropriate. Please note that, as coffee is categorized as food, we will not accept opened or unpacked coffee as part of our policy.
