Sidama, Bona Zuria – Ethiopia G-1
Sidama coffee is one of Ethiopia’s most celebrated origins, known for its elegance, clarity, and vibrant character. Sourced from the highlands of Sidama near the famed Bombe region in Olonso Qeka Kebele. The coffee is a washed processing method grown at elevations of 2,000 to 2,226 masl by smallholder farmers cultivating indigenous Ethiopian landrace varietals. Shaped by rich soils, a cool highland climate, and remarkable genetic diversity, it delivers a lively and expressive cup with flavor notes of dried mango, crunchy peach, wild strawberry, golden raisin, delicate florals, and a silky texture. Carefully hand-harvested and dried on shaded raised beds for 10 to 15 days, Bona Zuria coffees are prized for their bright acidity, refined floral character, and elegant complexity.
